Labour Welfare:
Roswalt Realty is committed to the welfare of its workforce. Thanks to the various labour welfare initiatives undertaken at each of the construction sites, we provide dedicated labour camps (both, on site and off site) with requisite hygiene standards, mess service, doctors on call, entertainment facilities, etc. All our labours are vaccinated and also, dedicated isolation areas are identified to avoid spread of deadly Covid-19. During the last pandemic lockdown, entire Sales and CRM team helped over 400 senior citizens to book their vaccination appointments, ensuring a smooth process. This helped many old age groups who were not digital-friendly get their vaccination shots in time for prevention of Covid-19.
Social Welfare:
At Roswalt Realty, we believe in supporting special-need youngsters, who, despite their situation are trying to advance and do well in life. For our landmark project in Dahisar, we got in touch with one such NGO - Umang, that supports these youngsters by providing them employment and education. Distributing chocolates made by the talented youngsters at Umang, we did not just put up a smile on them but also our clients who were overwhelmed by the gesture.
